Matrix Soccer Academy is a skills-based academy system for young players up to the age of sixteen years, which has been endorsed and filmed by UEFA and highly rated by many international coaches and players.
The Matrix Way was founded by Charlie Jackson - current skills development coach at Manchester City FC and the Scottish FA. Charlie has previously coached at Manchester United, Blackburn Rovers and is a UEFA qualified coach.
The Matrix is a paradigm shift in how footballers can and should be developed. It is a system based around thousands of carefully designed technical drills using real game scenarios in a high contextual, peer-led learning environment that is proven to develop superior footballing skills.
DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Early stage development begins at 4 years of age and continues through to year 15 for some players. This program focuses on fundamental technical skill development through Matrix designed training sessions teaching turns, moves and passing superiority. This program is designed to train a basic soccer skill set while developing an appreciation and love for the game of soccer.
TRAVEL PROGRAM
The Travel Program is designed for those players who wish to compete at a higher level and participate in travel opportunities throughout the country and potentially internationally. Training will take place multiple times per week on an approximate 10 month rolling period. Players will participate in the Travel Program on an invitation only basis.

BOARDING PROGRAM
The Boarding Program is offered to elite players from all over the world who wish to train the Matrix Way and would like to come to Salisbury, Maryland to do so. Participation in the Matrix Boarding Program requires a unique combination of footballing skills and academic accomplishment.
